Led by Executive Chef Jeff Miller, the talented Timbers culinary team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Chef Miller attended the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales in South Carolina. He began his career at Wild Dunes Resort where he worked under several chefs, each with their own diverse background. His hard work earned him the title of sous Chef, then Banquet Chef, and finally Chef de Cuisine of the Sea Island Grill, the resort’s fine dining restaurant. Grounded by a passion for fresh, local ingredients, his experience with many types of cuisines and techniques has helped form the foundation to his own culinary perspective.

Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Arbor Day Farm De Chaunac
A versatile and full-bodied red, our De Chaunac holds itself well against the bold flavors of pork. With a warm, soothing finish, the wine, which is also used in the sauce, brings out the undertone flavors of the dish. Complete with wild roasted mushrooms, this ultimately makes a hearty, well-rounded pairing.
