Please know, we are taking every measure possible to keep our property safe for all guests and team members. We appreciate your willingness to follow these initiatives as your participation is vital.
Masks and Handwashing
We’re asking guests and Arbor Day Farm team members to wear masks in all indoor public spaces. Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the property for frequent hand cleaning. In addition, Lied Lodge team members working at touchpoint areas will wear gloves when interacting with guests.
Please practice safe social distancing, remaining 6 ft apart from others. We will have visual reminders and barriers to ensure guests are maintaining a safe social distance. We’ve also reduced the amount of furniture in the lobby to allow our guests room to safely distance from one another.
Our entire cleaning staff has been trained by Ecolab, a global leader in the manufacture and use of disinfectant products. In addition, our 10-step cleaning process helps ensure every room has been cleaned and sanitized properly. Whenever possible, guest rooms will remain unoccupied for one night before being assigned to a new guest.
Frequent Cleaning of Public Areas
We’ve taken our longstanding dedication to cleanliness to an even higher level to further protect the health and well-being of everyone on the property. This includes conducting extra cleaning procedures such as sterilizing door handles, elevator buttons, benches, tables, chairs, and counters in public areas.
New Cleaning Technologies
We’re putting the latest technology to work to help protect our guests and team members. This includes new air cleaning technology from Global Plasma Solutions. This cutting-edge system safely cleans the air inside the lodge killing molds, bacteria, and viruses. We’ve also installed AOP filtration in our swimming pool to deliver the freshest and healthiest water quality possible.
In the coming weeks, we will employ electrostatic sprayers to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel and begin integration of a no-contact check-in process. Each of these new processes helps optimize our already stringent cleaning protocol.
Dining by Reservation Only
We are excited to once again offer on-site dining at Timbers. To help protect our guests and team members, we will adhere to the Nebraska Restaurant Association guidelines for cleanliness, maximum capacity, and social distancing. For this reason, we’re discontinuing buffets and asking guests to make dining reservations in advance. We believe this is the best way to help provide appropriate spacing inside the restaurant and outside on the Sunset Terrace. Learn more.
Please Keep in Mind
Guest who feel sick before their overnight or dining reservation are asked to not visit the farm. Please contact us to reschedule or cancel your reservation.
