Catering

Lied Lodge & Conference Center welcomes the opportunity to facilitate conferences, meetings and special events such as wedding receptions.

General Events

Food and Beverage

All food and beverage will be provided by the Lied Lodge & Conference Center with the exception of cakes needed for special events such as weddings, birthdays etc. All alcoholic beverages will be provided by Lied Lodge & Conference Center as well. Please note that alcoholic beverage sales and service are regulated by the Nebraska State Liquor Control Commission. Lied Lodge & Conference Center, as licensee, is responsible for administration of these regulations. It is, therefore, our policy that no liquor, wine or beer may be brought into the facility from any outside sources.

Menus

We are happy to offer recommendations for theme parties or packages to enhance your function. We offer a wide variety of menus and ask that you consult your conference planner for suggestions. Our menu prices reflect current market prices and are subject to change. You may confirm menu prices for your functions 90 days prior. Please note all menu prices are subject to 18% service charge and a current state sales tax.

Guarantees

A final guarantee should be conveyed to the sales office 72 hours prior to the function. In the absence of a final guarantee, the number indicated on the original agreement will be considered correct.

Deposits, Payments and Cancellations

In order to reserve function rooms, we require a deposit commensurate with the amount of space held. In the event of a complete cancellation less than 120 days prior, the deposit will be retained. Credit may be established in advance or full payment may be made upon conclusion.

Function Room Assignment and Scheduling

Lied Lodge & Conference Center has a variety of meeting rooms divisible into various breakout configurations. Function rooms are assigned based on the guaranteed minimum number of people anticipated and are subject to change based on an increase or decrease from the original projection. The seating capacity in meeting rooms will vary depending on setup, equipment and/or displays, head table, dance floor, or other requirements. Please note that meeting room setup changes occurring less than 24 hours prior may be charged a reset fee.

Fees

Please note that, depending on final arrangements, additional fees may be applied to your function. These fees will be outlined by your conference coordinator at the time of final details.

Outdoor Events

Lied Lodge & Conference Center offers a variety of locations for outside functions. For the most part, these areas can be utilized even in the case of rain or cool weather. For this reason it is the policy of the Lied Lodge & Conference Center not to hold alternative indoor space. If your group would like to secure indoor space as an alternative, there will be an additional rental fee.
