Breakfast is served Monday – Friday, 6:30–10:00am; Saturdays, 7:00–11:00 am.

Breakfast Specialties

  • Vegetable Frittata

    Filled with roasted tomato, asparagus, onion and Alouette® cheese. Served with your choice of toast.

  • The Woodsman

    Freshly baked buttermilk biscuits, pepper sausage gravy, and two eggs any style, served with breakfast potatoes.

  • Nebraska City Skillet

    Breakfast potatoes, country-style ham, onion, mushroom, sweet pepper, topped with two eggs prepared any style, and sprinkled with cheddar cheese. Served with your choice of toast.

  • The Laughing Cow

    Two eggs scrambled with Laughing Cow® light original Swiss and fresh chives. Served with a toasted Wolferman’s® English muffin and fresh fruit.

  • Blueberry Pancakes

    Two blueberry-filled pancakes topped with blueberry preserves.

  • Orchard Oatmeal

    Steel-milled oats simmered in Arbor Day Farm apple cider and topped with cinnamon apples.

  • Fruit Parfait

    Yogurt, fresh berries, and house-made granola.

  • Low-Fat Fresh Fruit Smoothie

    Low-fat yogurt and fresh, seasonally-selected fruit.

  • Otoe County Traditional

    Two farm fresh eggs prepared any style, with your choice of apple wood-smoked bacon, sausage links, or sausage patties. Served with breakfast potatoes and your choice of toast.

  • Buttermilk Pancakes or Belgian Waffles

    Full stack or half stack. Perfection either way.

  • Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast

    Two slices of egg-battered Texas toast, finished with powdered sugar.

  • Three-Egg Omelette

    Choose three of the following: mushrooms, bell pepper, jalapeño, bacon, sausage, ham, onion, spinach, tomato, or farm-fresh cheese. Served with breakfast potatoes and your choice of toast. Additional items: 75 cents each.

  • Belgian Waffle

    Always delicious.
