Experience nature's best dining in the Timber Dining Room at Lied Lodge & Conference Center. Here, every meal is memorable with award-winning cuisine, attentive service, and the inspiring surroundings of Arbor Day Farm.

The Timber Dining Room

The Timber Dining Room offers a mix of continental cuisine as well as many local and regional favorites. Our table service is complemented by the rustic dining room atmosphere of the wooded beam and cathedral ceiling. The dining room is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please stop in and enjoy piano music with your meal on Saturday evenings or Sunday Brunch, which is a favorite for many guests and local diners.

Breakfast: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Saturday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Lunch: Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Saturday 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Dinner: Monday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Sunday:

Continental Breakfast, 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Breakfast Buffet: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Sunday Brunch: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Please note that breakfast and lunch are buffet service only on Sunday. Dress code is casual to semi-formal.

The Library Lounge

The Library Lounge is located off the main lobby and features a unique collection of nature-related reading material, cozy seating by the fireplace, cold beer, fine wines and assorted cocktails. Complimentary appetizers are offered Monday through Friday. The lounge hours are:

4:00 PM - 10:30 PM Monday-Thursday
4:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight Friday
12:00 Noon - 12:00 Midnight Saturday
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sunday

Full menu service is available during dining room hours; an appetizer and sandwich menu is also available to lounge guests.
