Donation Request Form

Lied Lodge & Conference Center believes that giving back to the community is essential for our growth. We have always maintained a position of dedication to, and involvement in, a wide variety of community activities.

  • Due to an overwhelming number of requests each year, all submissions will be reviewed, however, every request cannot be approved.
  • Requests should be submitted at least one month in advance of an event to allow for review.
  • Expect processing time between 3-4 weeks upon receiving your request.
  • Gift certificates will be issued; we do not authorize monetary donations.
  • If your request is approved, the donation will be mailed to the contact information provided in the form below.
  • Please, no phone calls or emails regarding the status of your request.

Event Information

In an effort to serve as many organizations as possible, we must practice a rotation system. For example, if we gave to your organization last year, we may have to pass this year to be able to assist another group.
