Swedish Massage

A traditional full-body massage offering gentle to medium intensity. Designed to increase circulation, relieve muscle tension and reduce stress.

Target Massage

A therapeutic session intended to target only certain parts of the body using slow strokes with very firm pressure.

Deep-Tissue Massage

A deeper massage targeting specific muscle groups and relieving chronic muscle problems.

Duet Massage

Choose between a Swedish, Deep-Tissue, or Target massage while you and your loved one are simultaneously pampered.

The chakra massage clears and balances the body's chakras, a system of seven energy centers aligned along the spine which are responsible for diffusing energy to all of the body's tissues.

Ortho-Bionomy® is a 100-year-old health care system that distinguishes the body's self-healing capacity. Instead of massage strokes, gentle movement, positioning, and holding are applied to release tension and restore balance.
